Part 1 : Compressed Lessons Learned

It’s as simple as T.H.A.T.
  • Small, smart choices completed consistently over time
  • Hard work, discipline and good habits
  • Nothing fails like success.
  • ...frustration, failure, loneliness, hard work and disappointment = success
  • Choice, behavior, habits
The hardest thing to uproot from your life is a bad habit. It has grown over time and has developed into a full grown tree. In order to get rid of it you’ll have to dig at it from the root. It takes a long time to grow. So pay attention to the habits you are nurturing in your life. Good habits lead to a healthy lifestyle; while bad habits leads to excuses and off course destinations.
“...a single poor habit, which doesn’t look like much in the moment, can ultimately lead you miles off course from the direction of your goals and the life you desire.”
Your why-power needs to be stronger than your will-power to effect successful change. Achievement is important, but fulfillment is more valuable when setting goals. Success without fulfillment is failure. It is within our ability to cause everything to change. Rather than letting past hurtful experiences sap our energy and sabotage our success, we can use them to fuel positive, constructive change. It is imperative to learn how to set and achieve goals in order to be successful.
You only see, experience and get what you look for. Top people have clear goals. They know who they are and they know what they want. You want to have more, you have to become more. Success is something you attract by the person you become. The choice is always yours.
